Since 2002, ACIF has provided the industry with a compass to its future, as the ACIF Forecasts details the upcoming demand for work across all sectors, as well as what is happening with construction costs and labour requirements.

The Customised Dashboard makes it easy for businesses large and small to use the database to get accurate local or national data – and plan effectively. Whilst the ACIF’s Australian Construction Market Report gives businesses interested in the prospects of the building and construction industry a highly accurate, highly credible analysis by state and for the nation overall on the indicators of demand. These provide rolling ten year forecasts across residential and non residential building, and engineering construction work.
