A bold and elegant building, Australian Institute of Architects’ Melbourne office 41X successfully connects the building with the Exhibition Street space below. As a totally precast building, the process and result have some great learnings for architects and builders alike. Adrian Stanic will take us through the design journey of 41X, and George Spiropoulos will detail the role that precast played in the design and construction, explaining why precast was chosen and how the precast was manufactured and installed.
